With 20 years of experience in international management and business development, Toledo has numerous recognitions as one of the most respectable businessman and entrepreneurs to bring business into Mexico. His experience includes: serving as the Director of Foreign Capital for both the Probursa and Inverlat Brokerage House; was the diplomat in charge of the economic affairs department for the Mexican Embassy in Geneva, Switzerland; helped coordinate Mexican President Ernesto Zedillo's and President Vicente Fox's participation at the World Economic Forum; established communication with top Swiss firms to enter the Mexican Market; contributed and analyzed several key factors for the Mexican Switzerland Free Trade Agreement. In 2006, Toledo founded Buscatodo.com as the first Spanish Meta Search Engine for Hispanic and Latin Markets. He developed this Meta Search Engine with local University Internship programs, becoming the first to establish Internship programs with local Universities in Tijuana, Mexico in the Internet field. In 2007, Toledo founded Busca Corp. as a Delaware Corporation with offices in Tijuana, Mexico City and La Jolla, and has built key partnerships with Microsoft, MVS and Playboy. Currently, Toledo is the President and CEO of Busca Todo and Busca Corp. In October 2008, Level Up, a branch of Busca Corp., was named Best Web 2.0 Site in Mexico for 2008 AMIPCI (Mexican Internet Association). Toledo has plans to be the First Mexican Internet Company to be quoted on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange. In 1994, Toledo received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and in 1999, a MBA in Finances and Administration in Geneva, Switzerland.

Mexican Embassy in Bern Switzerland, assistant to the Economic Affairs Department. Had direct relations with Swiss companies doing or trying to do business with Mexico and visa versa. Creating Economic reports, meetings, networking and opening new businesses between both countries. World Economic Forum Davos Switzerland, Presidential Visits, Logistics, and networking between political and business figures on their yearly visit to the forum. One of the best experiences of my life.
